Babette Herschberger

Babette Herschberger is a painter, she works intuitively to create minimal, abstract compositions which emphasize color, form and surface. Babette recently began working with clay and currently has a studio at The Morean Center for Clay in St. Petersburg, FL.
Herschberger has exhibited widely across the US and was an artist in residence at ArtCenter South Florida/Oolite Arts in Miami. In 2021 Herschberger’s work was included in Skyway and exhibited at the University of South Florida’s Museum of Contemporary Art. Her work was published in New American Paintings, edition #112, and is in the collection of Miami Dade College’s Museum of Art + Design as well as a number of corporate collections. Herschberger completed her AS in graphic design with honors at the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
