The Deuces Live, Inc. is a place-based arts, culture, and community development nonprofit serving the historic Deuces Corridor in South St. Petersburg, Florida. As the Main Street organization for one of Pinellas County’s most significant Black cultural corridors, Deuces Live works at the intersection of cultural preservation, creative activation, and economic vitality. Through public programming, artist engagement, storytelling, corridor events, and partnerships with local creatives and businesses, Deuces Live helps preserve and elevate the living cultural identity of the Deuces.
Our work includes arts-based activations, heritage-centered events, community storytelling, and initiatives that connect residents and visitors to the corridor’s historic and contemporary creative spirit. Deuces Live approaches arts and culture not as an add-on, but as a core strategy for placekeeping, visibility, and community pride. We are committed to ensuring that the Deuces remains a vibrant destination where Black history, artistic expression, and neighborhood identity continue to thrive.
