Tania Torres is a Puerto Rican and Dominican non-binary mural artist from Chicago. Through their work, they explore duality, intersectionality and ambiguity. During an artist residency in Sao Paolo, Brazil, they developed their vibrant, abstract-pop art style that combines ambiguous figures with imagery correlated to their everyday life, history, politics, religion, love, and pleasure. Tania currently resides in St. Pete with her plants, paint brushes and partner.
