Susan is a self-taught artist and has been teaching watercolors and developing art programs to a variety of audiences for over thirty years. She is a signature member of the North East Watercolor Society as well as the FSWS. She works primarily in watermedia, often using bright, bold and beautiful colors to capture the essence (often reflected in the painting’s title) of a subject and require the viewer to take a closer look at what might seem like an abstract when first viewed.
