Dave & Heather Hamar

Dave & Heather Hamar are a powerhouse husband-and-wife duo whose careers span decades of live performance, music, and creative storytelling.

Dave is a highly versatile drummer and multi-instrumentalist who performs shows professionally across a wide range of styles and venues. His career has taken him from theme park productions and international cruise ship performances to touring globally with singer/songwriter Mandy Harvey and The Bay Kings Band. In addition to performing, Dave is an accomplished composer. He’s created quite a catalogue of original music including an album of instrumental jazz fusion, seven musicals, and a show of songs all dedicated to women. On top of that, Dave is also an music educator of twenty one years.

Heather has spent more than thirty years captivating audiences as a vocalist, actress, and entertainer, with thousands of performances spanning local stages, regional theatre, and major theme parks including Six Flags and Busch Gardens. Favorite roles include Fanny Brice in Funny Girl, Hope in Anything Goes, Skullette in Monster High Live National Tour, and Sarah in Guys & Dolls. Beyond the stage, she has produced large-scale and multi-city entertainment experiences, as well as national large and small scale corporate events. Her dynamic presence, versatility, and deep connection to audiences make her a standout on any stage.

Heather and Dave co-founded The MAR St. Pete, a performing arts incubator dedicated to supporting emerging artists and fostering a vibrant creative community. Together they blend passion, precision, and performance excellence to create unforgettable creative experiences wherever they go.
