“Let Them Eat Cake and a Little Candy too” was a food centric feast for the eyes. The Garden Fairies and Lizz Sparkle with her Cosmic Cotton Candy Crew collaborated on the runway, channeling Marie Antoinette’s stylistic sensibility. A “glitter-ama” of pastels and metallics was the common thread in this wearable interruption of over the top historic and current day excesses of privilege and power. Nehin also pays homage to Bunny Boo, her pet rabbit, recently deceased with an exquisite beaded and bejeweled bunny. Models are: Jada Velucci and Michael Povlow.
