Ralph Wimbish was an editor and writer for 25 years in the New York Post sports department. In 2001, he co-wrote with Arlene Howard “Elston And Me: The Story Of The First Black Yankee.” In 2017, he co-authored
“Throw The Ball High, the autobiography of famed college basketball referee Mickey Crowley.
Ralph is a native of St. Petersburg, Florida, and a graduate of the University of South Florida. He and his wife Grace reside in Calabash, North Carolina.
