Art Goals:

This is a project created with the idea to bring color and vibrancy to the community and business corridor on Haines Road by bringing in an experienced mural artists with a strong point of view and the ability to create complex, engaging works of art at two private businesses that that bookend the Haines Road block.
The art goal for each location is unique.  For the Ceramics by Kayla location, the art should reflect the vibrant, diverse Lealman community that is embracing art and evoke an inviting, colorful, stylized vibe that could be abstract to realistic.  For the Tommy Todd ‘s Landscape and Design location the art should be inspired by the natural settings that can be found throughout Lealman and celebrate nature and/ or native plants and wildlife of the Florida Gulf Coast that can become a warm and whimsical addition to the Haines Road landscape.

Artist Information Session:

Artists will have an opportunity to meet with Creative Pinellas and participating Partners to learn about the project and to ask any questions they may have during the application period via an online meeting platform.
