Tavia Reyes

Tavia Reyes is a self-taught, neurodivergent artist whose work is bold, unfiltered, and alive with tension. Her visual language combines symbols, scribbles, and raw emotion, drawing from the wild geometries of nature, the electric pulse of Florida skies, and the tangled webs of thought that refuse to be contained. For Tavia, art is also a form of prayer—an attempt to let God’s love flow through her in gratitude for the complexities of the human experience. She is constantly in awe and equally perplexed by the interwoven fabric of perceived reality, brimming with unsolved mysteries and stories untold. Tavia believes nearly everything is art—it’s a matter of perspective. A hug, the crackle of food hitting a hot pan, an unexpected conversation, time etched in wrinkles. Not every feeling fits into words; some demand to be spilled onto a canvas, dissected through movement, or scrawled in lines that don’t always make sense. Her work exists in that space—the in-between, the unsaid, the words forever lingering on the tongue, waiting to be brave. Beyond her art, Tavia is a passionate healer. She spends her days immersed in the aura and ailments of others—holding space, problem-solving, and tuning into unseen frequencies and patterns. Art is her way of processing and transmuting it all. Tavia embraces creativity as an essential part of her unmasked identity, a meditative and rebellious way of existing and connecting beyond imposed expectations and labels.
