I consider myself a “near” native of Pinellas County, having moved to Dunedin when I was three when there were still more orange trees than people.
I attended a number of the early summer camps at the Dunedin Fine Art Center back in the 1980’s. Despite the efforts of many gifted instructors, my appreciation for the arts clearly outweighed my talents – leading to business degrees from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana. Many years later I was honored to serve as the Board President for the Dunedin Fine Art Center.
As a business owner and along with a dedicated team, we try to use our position in the community to further the arts in some small way and were fortunate to have been past recipient of the Tampa Bay Business for the Arts award.
Together with my wife, we live in Dunedin with our three daughters and adopted 11-year-pup.
