Creative Pinellas and Pinellas County Tax Collector partnered again to bring a masterful new mural to the visitor area of the Pinellas County Tax Collector 34th St. Office in St. Petersburg. Designed by artist Jason Harvin of Wayward Walls & Interiors, Pinellas hARTbeat is a four-panel mural that energizes the visitor waiting area. The mural celebrates St. Petersburg through its use of iconic imagery.
