Adriano Adolfo Fernandez Nicot is a Cuban-American painter and poet based in Miami, Florida. Nicot was born on October 9, 1964, in Havana, Cuba during the early years following the Cuban Revolution. Froilán Escobar González was born in San Antonio de los Baños, Cuba in 1944, where he grew up and completed primary and secondary education.
