Wellman loves funding and connecting the creative communities of Pinellas County. He holds degrees, certificates, or certifications from St. Norbert College, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, the Society for Human Resource Management, and AmeriCorps. Todd has applied his skills in grant writing, organizational strategic thinking, program planning, creativity, and workshop design at nonprofits for the past 25 years. A writer, singer, composer, learning facilitator, and Lambda Literary Fellow, Todd embraces the power of the arts to help everyone envision the future.
