Luke Vest is a visual artist based in Saint Petersburg, FL, whose work explores perception, transformation, and the liminal spaces between self and cosmos. Blending oil, oil pastel, spray paint, and metal leaf, Vest constructs layered, alchemical surfaces that merge human, mythic, and cosmic forces. His figures are fractured, yet whole, and serve as metaphysical navigators, existing between dimensions and embodying the constant negotiation between order and chaos, self and unconscious.
With a background in graphic design and sustainable foods and bioenergy systems, Vest’s multidisciplinary approach draws from archetypal motifs, celestial geometry, and dream logic to create works that blur the boundaries between figure and field, structure and fluidity. His art has been exhibited at The Werk Gallery, St. Pete ArtWorks, Forever Florida Real Estate & Gallery, and The Factory, among others.
