Actually, it’s more about health and music.
I have spent the last few months planning concert programs for 2020 and 2021.
But I’ve also been training for a TRIATHLON this weekend (Saturday, September 7)!
Swimming, Bicycling, and Running.
And while I’m doing it mostly for my health, it is also bringing awareness to the Dunedin Music Society as well as PSP, Progressive Supranuclear Palsy. It’s a very cruel disease that used to be rare when the actor/ pianist Dudley Moore had it, but my own Dad was a sufferer, and more recently Vince Naiomli of the Tampa Bay Rays baseball franchise, and now the singer Linda Ronstadt, too.
