The process of taking a film to network or cable distribution can be complicated. You will have to upgrade your film so that you have cleared all rights. Your company might need to become a signatory to one or more of the Guilds because your distributor is already a signatory. It is not complicated, it is not expensive, but if you don’t know what you’re doing then it might end up costing you more than it should.
