Virtual Discussion with Cathy Tobias

Created by artist Cathy Tobias, the COVID Ribbon Memorial is meant to memorialize, remember and heal together the lives that have been lost to the pandemic. Each hand-tied ribbon in the installation represents one person who has died in Florida due to the deadly virus.

Join us for an opportunity for the public to learn more about the artist, the installation, and the current state of COVID’s impact on Florida and the world during a live online Facebook Livestream discussion on October 20^th at 6 p.m. The online event featuring artist Cathy Tobias, will give the public a chance not only to hear from the artist, but to also submit questions via Facebook.
