Celebrate at Pinewood (Florida Botanical Gardens, Creative Pinellas, Heritage Village) every 3rd Saturday! Free event, free parking!

At Creative Pinellas (10 am – 5 pm):

March is Youth Art Month! Visit the Gallery at Creative Pinellas to experience not one, but three exhibitions – Nature Pix, Strength of Character, and Youth Art Month which will showcase a selection of prize-winning student art. From 10 am to 2pm, join us for an art activity where you will create a mixed media tulip collage utilizing origami, rubbings, and recycled materials! Free to attend and our Café is open.

At the Florida Botanical Gardens (7 am – 5 pm):

Visit the new Majeed Discovery Garden, a 2+ acre addition, connecting children to nature. Our Children’s Garden Educator is hosting a variety of preschool and family programs in the Majeed Discovery Garden on topics like sustainability, sensory exploration, and more. At Heritage Village (10 am – 4 pm):

Explore the past at Pinellas County’s 21-acre living history museum! Step back in time and take a docent tour of select historic buildings, visit Pinellas County’s oldest structure, and peruse locally-made artisan gifts and souvenirs at the gift shop.
