If you haven’t been a faithful regular to theatrical productions by American Stage, freeFall, Stageworks, JobsiteŒæand other Pinellas-Hillsborough professional companies, it would be difficult to get theŒæfull scope of the versatility and caliber of talent in Tampa Bay.

Each year, Theatre Tampa Bay, a support network nonprofit for local professional theater talent, recognizes the Tampa-St. Pete area talent pool with an annual red carpet event, the Theatre Tampa Bay AwardsξРin addition to grants other means of support.

Usually, the TTB Awards nominations are held in Tampa at Tampa Theatre and the awards show takes place in St. Pete at the Palladium, but this year TTB reversed tradition somewhat and presented a nominations announcement event at Studio@620 Monday night to announce the nominations (listed below), and the Awards Gala will be presented on Oct. 2 at Tampa Theatre.
