Happy Painting:
This week was awesome!
I cleaned up my studio and added a couple new surface areas to work in. I was lucky that I found a couple saw horses in my garage and a piece of plywood to make a table out of!
I’m feeling really happy about how my paintings are turning out and planning the show in May. I also met with my mentor this week and we discussed sizes of my canvases and a way to instal my works on paper. I’m meeting with Danny this week to look at the gallery space.
I recently went on a cruise and spent a lot of time staring out onto the ocean and reflecting. The clouds started to take on beautiful formations. It was very peaceful and helped to center my ideas and remind me how inspired I am by landscape and sky.
