Before filling out the form, please review the following guidelines and information:
Space Allocation: Each vendor will be provided with a 10×10 space for booth setup.
Set-up Date and Time: Set up will begin @8:00 a.m. on the day of ARTSventure – November 11, 2023.
Booth Preparation: Vendor is responsible for bringing secured 10 x 10’ tent and all tables and display units.
Booth Design and Safety: Ensure your booth design allows visibility and smooth traffic flow in the event area. For safety, secure any loose items, cables, or displays to prevent accidents or tripping hazards.
Maintain a clean and tidy booth throughout the event. Dispose of waste in designated trash bins provided. Smoking is strictly prohibited in market area.
Tear Down: ARTSventure concludes at 4:00 PM on November 11, 2023 and Vendors are expected to remain open until the event ends. At 4pm, promptly dismantle your booth and remove all belongings. Leave your assigned space in the same condition as you found it.
