COVID Ribbon Memorial Re-Dedication Event

On September 30th, Creative Pinellas held a re-dedication of the COVID Ribbon Memorial. The memorial received approximately 17,000 new ribbons during the courtyard event at Creative Pinellas. Created by artist Cathy Tobias, the installation is meant to memorialize, remember and heal together the lives that have been lost to the panedemic. Each hand tied ribbon in the installation represents one person who has died in Florida due to the deadly virus.
