Tarpon Springs artist Kim Michelle is the freedom-flower/creative queen behind Kim Michelle Art. She was encouraged from a young age to pursue her love of art and earned a BFA from Mass College of Art and Design with a concentration in Printmaking. KM never stopped creating and has supported herself as a thriving artist since 2005. She has shown at numerous venues and is represented by galleries in Florida, Massachusetts, and Costa Rica. Kim Michelle’s work is full of color and movement, pattern and power. Her work inspires the viewer to become free of limiting beliefs, holding patterns and outdated structures. She considers her work to be a tool for positive growth, healing, and inspiration. She obliterates the boundaries and layers pattern over pattern into abstraction while harnessing rhythm and movement through color and composition. The work is a discovery of something new and gemlike and at the same time one is witnessing the process of uncovering this gift.
