The St. Petersburg Arts Alliance (SPAA) serves as a resource for arts and culture throughout the St. Petersburg area. SPAA funds and manages St. Pete’s popular Second Saturday ArtWalk, and produces the St. Petersburg SHINE Mural Festival, and the Annual MUSE Awards. For artists, creative businesses and arts organizations SPAA offers professional arts business training. They also distribute grants to individual artists in all genres and support in-school and afterschool arts education through the Arts
