- Eligibility: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ODDS OF WINNING WILL DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. The scavenger hunt is open to all participants who are 18 years of age or older as of Nov. 30, 2024. Employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members of the organizing companies are not eligible to participate.
- Entry: To enter the scavenger hunt, participants must download the Scavify app and find and join the “ART’N Month Scavenger Hunt.” Participants should complete the designated scavenger hunt tasks before 11:59 p.m. EST on Thursday, Nov. 30, 2023, and follow all instructions provided on the official entry form or website.

- Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at random from the pool of eligible participants who successfully complete the scavenger hunt tasks and meet all entry requirements. The drawing will be conducted by the organizing committee or a designated representative. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
- Notification: Winners will be notified via email or phone within 7 calendar days following the conclusion of the scavenger hunt. Potential winners must respond within 3 calendar days of notification to claim their prize. If a potential winner does not respond within the designated timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.
- Prize Claim: To claim their prize, winners may be required to provide proof of identification and sign a liability/publicity release. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
- Taxes: Winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes and fees associated with the receipt or use of the prize.
- Publicity: By participating in the scavenger hunt, participants grant the organizing company the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
