Carl Noll is a 23 year old Artist with a background in painting. They have been passionate about art-making ever since a kid; and they explored many different forms when in college. In fourth year, the Artist developed mental health issues and dropped out of college. Now, they mostly paint, making portraits of pop celebrities.
Arts Ignite Fund used to purchase art supplies to bridge the gap between art-making as a hobbyist and as a professional Artist.
