Pinellas Community Foundation ACT II Artist Grant
The ACT II Artist Grant assists in the recognition and support of artists aged 60+ who embody the practice of aging in place and, through their creative work, inspire other artists and art lovers and help to make Pinellas County a vibrant arts and cultural destination.

Victoria Jorgensen’s film/video career has spanned over four decades. She has worked in all aspects of the medium from narrative to documentary to marketing based story telling. Her stories have traveled the globe from film festival showings to domestic and foreign television as well as museum shows. Learn more here.
Cora Marshall is a nationally acclaimed artist creating work across the media of painting, mixed media, photography and sometimes poetry. Her works are often personal expressions of self, home and community and her connections to and lessons from an African and Native American familial past. Learn more here.
As a founding director of Detroit Dance Collective, a professional, touring modern dance company, she created more than sixty works for DDC, other companies, for children, career bound students and for festivals. She founded and directed DDC’s Art Camp for Children, and the company’s Dance Is Education” program, a widely lauded arts in education curriculum taught throughout Michigan. Learn more here.
Tom Sivak is a composer, author, music director and conductor who’s composing credits run the gambit documentary films, musicals such as Sunshine City and a world premiere performance of his Prelude and Fugue for Orchestra by the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. He has a master’s degree from Northern Illinois University in music theory and composition. Learn more here.
