The Imagine Museum in St. Petersburg is seeking an Events and Program Manager to oversee, organize and be responsible for all Museum events.

Duties include coordination and execution of member, ticketed, private, educational, corporate and non-profit events; onsite logistical planning support for evening and weekend programs and events; support for the Director of Development in coordinating major fundraising events; administrative oversight and support including answering phones, fielding inquiries, RSVP tracking, invoicing, budgeting, data entry etc.; and working with rental clients to ensure their satisfaction.

The Events and Program Manager will ensure that events are successful, cost-effective and of high quality, maintaining a primary revenue stream for Museum operations.
