DESCRIPTION:We were thrilled to learn about cultural planning and why it’s so important and valuable right now to the arts community in Pinellas County. \nThe much anticipated We Convene Town Hall commenced on Tuesday\, Oct 18th from 12:30 pm – 4:00 pm at Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater! \nWant to be part of what happens next with the cultural planning? Creative Pinellas will be contacting sign-ups in the coming weeks to talk more about next steps. \nSIGN UP\n  \n  \n\n \nDOWNLOAD and WATCH THE PRESENTATION\n  \nWe came together to review the results of the six WE CONVENE sessions\, which started in February and continued through July. Presenters shared both what was discovered during the process and the innovative ideas participants developed and shared. \n\n\nWe heard from cultural planner\, Dr. Linda Flynn PH.D. who shared her expertise on cultural planning. \n\n\n\nThe October 18th Town Hall is an outgrowth of six meetings sponsored by Creative Pinellas and Pinellas Community Foundation and co-hosted by area arts leaders  including the Florida Orchestra\, The St. Petersburg and Clearwater Arts Alliances\, the Carter Woodson Museum\, Visit St. Petersburg/Clearwater\, Forward Pinellas and Arts4All. .
