DESCRIPTION:The Tampa Bay Latin International Film Festival has partnered with Creative Pinellas\, in collaboration with Mi Gente\, Mi Pueblo\, in order to bring you LatinX films during Hispanic Heritage Month. \nGet Tickets\nThese are all independent films made by local and international filmmakers. We will be screening narrative shorts\, documentaries and an animation. Come walk around the art gallery\, enjoy free Latin food\, buy a Puerto Rican cigar\, have some drinks\, stop at our step and repeat and have your picture taken by our professional photographer on our red carpet or enjoy the Botanical Gardens\, before you head into the theatre for the show.  \nThere will be a brief intermission in between blocks. DESCRIPTION:Celebrate at Pinewood (Florida Botanical Gardens\, Creative Pinellas\, Heritage Village) every 3rd Saturday! Free event\, free parking! \nAt Creative Pinellas (10 am – 5 pm):\nCelebrate the upcoming opening of the Flora & Fauna exhibition by making your own nature-inspired artwork. Participants will be designing and creating their own 3D sculpture garden using recycled materials and learning how to change the texture and shape of paper through rolling\, curling\, folding\, and fringing. \nAt the Florida Botanical Gardens (7 am – 5 pm):\nJoin us for a “Fairy Tails” day in the Majeed Discovery Garden from 10 am-1 pm. This event celebrates the relationship between animals and stories. There will be special activities led by our Children’s Garden Educator and our partners: FNGLA\, Florida Farm Bureau\, and Pinellas County 4-H. The enchanting book walk adventure will be available as a self-guided activity from 10 am to 3 pm.
