Deadline: May 27
“Unexpected Narratives” is a call for hand-printed photographic imagery using “alternative processes”, such as: photogravure, photopolymer intaglio, cyanotype, gum bichromate, carbon, salt, lumen, anthotype, gumoil, etc; basically, any alternative to straight digital printing. The theme of “Unexpected Narratives” can be widely interpreted…literally, figuratively, expressively, psychologically, visually, etc.
Remarque/New Grounds Print Workshop & Gallery invites printmakers and photographers from around the world to submit work for our exhibition, “Unexpected Narratives: Explorations in Photography and Printmaking” to be held at Remarque Print Workshop and Gallery in New Mexico from July 12 – August 31, 2019.
All selected works will be archivally framed and displayed in the Remarque Gallery. There is no cost to the artists beyond shipping selected prints.
