The artist, born on December 27, 1990, showed an early interest in art, participating in drawing and sculpture workshops as a child in Vedado, Cuba. After completing secondary school, he initially focused on pursuing a degree in Architecture, which he completed in 2017. While working as an architect, he reconnected with art, participating in private exhibitions and projects like the Habana Espacio Creativo Center. His series, Human, which explores themes of sexuality and equality, began during this time. Due to social circumstances, he emigrated to Florida, USA, where he has participated in various exhibitions and is currently in residency at the Green Book of Tampa Bay program with a studio in Saint Petersburg’s Warehouse Art District.
