The Sunscreen Film Festival in St. Petersburg has an international reputation. The Festival offers intensive 3-week training program for young filmmakers ages 13-18 each summer, at The Studio@620.

This year we are happy to offer a number of scholarships to eligible young filmmakers.

This opportunity is made possible to the Arts Alliance of St. Petersburg and is restricted to residents of St. Petersburg.

In addition to the other requirements for attending the camp, scholarship applicants should have a passion for movie-making and have some experience working on films. This can include school projects, making movies with cell phones with friends or any other actual participation.

Secondly they must demonstrate a need for the funds.
