Lorraine Potocki is an artist who works in pastel, acrylic and oil sticks in styles varying from realistic to abstract expressionism. She was born and educated in Trenton, New Jersey, receiving a BA in Fine Art and Education from the College of New Jersey.
Potocki has exhibited throughout Florida, including solo shows in Tampa, Lakeland and Seminole. Her work has been featured in and on the cover of Tampa Bay Magazine and she is a past winner of the Clearwater Jazz Poster Contest. She has received numerous awards, and one of her pastel paintings was on exhibit in the Pastel Society of America’s Enduring Brilliance show in New York, in September 2015.
Potocki is a resident of Dunedin, Florida, with a studio at Stirling Art Studios & Gallery there. She is on the faculty of the Dunedin Fine Arts Center, as well as the Life Enrichment Center in Tampa.
