Gloria Muñoz

Gloria Muñoz is a poet, translator, editor, and journalist based in St. Petersburg. Her work has appeared in The Brooklyn Review, Dark Phrases, Acentos Review and The Best New Poets Anthology. Muñoz has also served in editorial roles at Saw Palm: Florida Literature and Art Journal, The Brooklyn Review, and The New York Quarterly.

In 2015, Muñoz co-founded Pitch Her Productions, a nonprofit production company dedicated to supporting women in the film industry. She is also a founding member of Arts for a Cause, a collective focused on interdisciplinary art projects with a social impact.

Muñoz holds a BA from Sarah Lawrence College and an MFA from the University of South Florida.
